My mission is to be of service. To, inspire, motivate and lift others and to help others fulfill their biggest dreams and goals. Whether it is within my management practice or my yoga classes - it is all connected - it comes down to you believing in YOU and that everything is possible.
My biggest goal is to inspire others to finding their purpose, health, passion and path and live - the life of their dreams. A life in flow where they can thrive not just survive. Because if you don’t enjoy the ride towards your dreams it’s not actually worth it. I want us all to have fun and pleasure along the way and the journey as the most wonderful experience.
You are SO much more than you think and you have potential beyond your wildest dreams. You just need to let it out, let yourself shine and step in to your true authenticity, your true self. You need some courage on this journey - trust me I know. But I also know that you will get there.
I am lawyer, I am a yoga teacher, I AM A MANAGER, i am a SOUND HEALING FACILITATOR but first and foremost I am a human being, that extends beyond any title, any role and any box created by myself or society.
