My name is Josefina Carlbom and I’m SO happy to meet you.

The time is here for us all to connect and to get to know each other, so that we can lift, support and help each other. We are all on the same journey - the journey of life on this beautiful planet. We will not thrive through hustling and competing, we will thrive by being ourselves, letting others be themselves and by connecting and cooperating with each other with compassion. SO, who am I? I AM THE GOOD GIRL GONE FREE. Nowadays focusing on thriving, not just surviving. I’m a yoga teacher, a wellness entrepreneur, a spirit junkie, a podcast producer, a music lawyer, a mother of two and a cat lover but first and foremost I am a human being extending beyond any title, any role and any box created by myself or society.

I quit my corporate job nine years ago, followed my heart and started on this journey of living the life I truly want to live. I let go of my fears for a moment, followed my intuition and started my own law firm J Law through which I since then have been representing artists, producers, songwriters and other creators and companies within the music and entertainment industry.

In 2017 I again followed my intuition and passion and jumped on a kundalini yoga teacher training which was the starting point for a new, expanded way of looking at my work, my services, my life, my business and my relationships. A seed started to grow inside of me - I had a vision! I envisioned a company as some sort of one-stop-shop, a platform, where all of my different services, all of my creativity, all of my business could co-exist. So - in 2019 my company stopped being “just a law firm” and became that platform and hub that I had dreamt about. J Law’s sister, J Flow was born and now all of my services - the legal services, the yoga and meditation classes, the podcast, the workshops, the events, well just everything is living under the same J’Umbrella, only with slightly different names.

CURRENT DAILY MEDITATION: Kriya to conquer Self-Animosity (kundalini yoga meditation), 
SUPER POWERS: My curiosity, my ability to come up with new ideas and manifesting them into reality, my way of always looking on the bright side of things , my ability to connect people and connect TO people and my fearlessness.
EVERY DAY AFFIRMATIONS: I am enough, anything is possible, I trust that my heart knows where to go.
LIFE HACK: The morning ritual - if I miss out one day - that day will not be as elevated. Journaling, doing yoga, meditations and dancing. Drawing a card or two, lighting candles and listening to music and chanting mantras, drinking a cup of cacao - being the pisces sun that I am - the ritual is always changing…
CREATING: Creating for creativity’s sake is one of the most profound practices you can do for yourself. I believe we are all born to be creative and to create. So - right now I am working on a novel, writing poetry, painting, singing, producing a podcast, decorating my home, creating new business ideas, working (yes work is a creative practice)…
STUDYING: Latest news in the music industry, AI and the legislation thereof, women’s empowerment skills, feminine energy and how to use it in corporate settings, the art of speaking from your heart and much more….

J Flow.

 

J FLOW is the spiritual part/branch of my company. It is here have all of my yoga and meditation services, events, happenings and magical stuff going on.

J Flow was founded in 2019 as the sister of J Law - my legal practice. The name truly embodies going with the flow and that is what I have been doing ever since I started my first company back in 2015. And that is what I want to inspire you all to do. Just go with the flow of life. Let go of your fears, let go of control, start living from a place of love and trust, start living…

J Flow offers yoga & meditation classes, workshops, information and inspiration. We host women circles, ceremonies, rituals and so much more.

Brené Brown says in her great book “Daring Greatly” that “courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen” and I can so relate to that. To me it is true courage to be out there, everyday, in life, in our community, in society, on all the social media platforms and just everywhere, letting yourself be seen, heard and listened to - and then I mean your true self, the one that is vulnerable and daring enough to accept who you truly are and then show up as that person - that is really scary but at the same time it will give you so much courage, strength and a sense of true belonging. 

I’ve had the opportunity to meet and to work with so many amazing and creative people, who have inspired me to dare to trust my own creativity both professionally as an entrepreneur - building a business is a true creative process - and personally in my own creativity, in my writing, painting and playing the piano. They have inspired me to dare to show up, to be seen and heard being myself. Now it is time for me to share what I’ve learnt.

Dalai Lama has said and foreseen that “the world will be saved by the western woman". Mystics, yogis and spiritual masters have predicted the return of the divine feminine principle which has been suppressed for so long. And now the time has come. The rise of the sacred, divine feminine is here. It is time for us women to step into our true power and do what we came here to do.

We are the new leaders of our time and we need to be there for each other and unite as the true soul sisters we are and have always been. We shall not lead from fear and competition - we shall lead with love, from the heart, with our intuition as our guide and compass - the precious gifts that have been given to us, that we have always had but which have been forgotten for too long.

We are here to create a new sisterhood, a tribe of conscious women whose voices will echo through time and space.

We will do it by awakening our own feminine energy, tune into ourselves and our souls and connect to the divine mother, our own inner goddess, to nature, to our essence. We will release the outer and inner patriarchy which have held us hostage for so long. There are a lot of re-programming to be done, but we can do it. The world and our souls are ready for it. We will walk hand in hand, we will trust, let go and step into the unknown. For it is only there the true magic can come in.

I will dedicate my soul and heart to this rise of the divine feminine. To the awakening of the feminine energy within us all.

I know that this is not easy. We still live in a patriarchal world where the masculine principle is and has been ruling and where we have completely lost touch with the feminine energy. Both men and women.

We are out of balance, the world is out of balance.

We need these energies to come back to balance - as it was always meant to be. Not one of them should rule the other, they shall live side by side in a harmonious dance.

And it is time.

So, WOMEN, let’s gather - let’s create sacred ceremonies, rituals and sharings. Only by being together we can do this.
