Where do I start?

This is a question I have received so many times when it comes getting started with a yogic practice, a meditation practice or just any spiritual practice.

And my answer is always the same. Just start with something. Something that connects you to you. To nature, to the true essence of being human. It can be meditation, breath work, being in nature, yoga, running, journaling, writing, creating art, playing music… the opportunities are endless. Only you can find the portal to you. And let it be something that you are actually doing, not just thinking about doing.

To me, the portal - the way in - was yoga.

I found it in 2008 when I was suffering from a burn-out from having worked too many hours for too long on the law firm I was currently at. Everything stopped for some weeks. I stopped, and had the opportunity to see the bigger picture. See that I was doing something I didn’t love, for a cause I couldn’t understand - for nothing really.

That made me sink even deeper down, but there, on the very bottom, I began the journey of reconnecting with my true self and finding my purpose. I started going to yoga everyday. And each day, my connection to myself and to the world around me grew stronger. All of my senses were activated again, I was reactivated, and reborn.

Since then I have been on this spiritual path, curiously researching and exploring what it actually is to be a human being here on earth. And still, my yoga practice is key for this understanding and for everything I do. It is an incredible tool for anything you wish to accomplish.

Private Group Events.

Are you a bunch of friends or colleagues wanting to have your own yoga, meditation, sound healing group classes, workshops or events in times and places suitable especially for you? Please let me know and let’set up something for you, on your work space, out in nature, at home or whichever space we will find. .

 

One-On-One.

My One-On-One program is set up to meet your individual needs. Sometimes you just don’t feel comfortable in a room full of people, doing yoga in front of others, then the One-On-One is perfect for you. It is also for you who want to go deeper into your own yoga and meditation practice and would like a personal yoga program set up especially for you and your needs.
